You can start light exercises (walking 1-2 miles/day, i.e.,) 7-10 days after the Surgery. Avoid direct sun exposure to donor or recipient sites. You can resume moderate activities (jogging, cardio machines, etc.) 2 weeks after the Surgery when all the crust and scabs shed off. Avoid any strenuous exercise (heavy weight lifting) for at least one month. If you perform any close contact martial arts like boxing, i.e., avoid them for three months.
