As mentioned before, the leading cause of hair loss is by far Androgenetic Alopecia, known publicly as male pattern baldness (MPB). As much as 70% of men are affected by MPB throughout their life. But androgenetic alopecia is surprisingly high in women as well. Almost 1/3 of females, or basically, up to 30% of women have Female Pattern Baldness (FPB) or hair loss.
